- Researched and developed the F3 Storage methodology to help clients determine the storage solution that best fit their needs.
- Implemented Virtual Desktop solution internally and at Tech Air Inc. consisting of best of breed solutions from vendors like VMware.
- Designed and implemented the Oracle Open Storage 7000 series product both internally and at several clients including a multi-site replicated installation for the City of New Britain.
- Managed install of PRI line and Mitel phone system and managed the hand-off to another internal resource.
