Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities include the expansion and maintenance of new and existing customer accounts, development and implementation of sales strategies, calling on customers, presenting new concepts, solutions and products, and ensuring adequate sales and engineering support and service.

Qualified candidates will possess: 5-10 years proven sales experience in the high-tech industry required, preferably in the IT industry. Must have experience in consultative, solution selling approach, and proven experience managing a complex sales cycle and selling to multiple levels within mid-sized and large organizations. Must excel at relationship management and extensive follow-up with prospects and customers. Must also possess a demonstrated sales track record in a competitive environment. Ability to qualify opportunities, obtain customer commitments, negotiate and close contracts. Must have strong market knowledge of local and surrounding area.

Ideal candidate will have established customer and key partner relationships.  Additionally, this individual will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be adept at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and hold a BS Degree in a business or technology discipline.

Associate Account Executive

This individual will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be adept at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and hold a BS Degree in a business or technology discipline.

Solutions Architect

Solutions Architect will provide technical services for customers in a highly complex IT infrastructure environment. As a key member of the services team, a Solutions Architect will provide consulting, analysis, design, and/or implementation support for IT infrastructure solutions including pre-site inspections, initial implementations, customization and integration with the intent of optimizing the customer's operational benefit. This person will work closely with F3 sales, technical services and support group, external vender partners, and the customers to ensure a smooth implementation and transition.

Experiences with the following are required:

3 - 8 years' total hands-on experience in one or more of the following disciplines:

Virtualization technologies, tape technology, RAID storage products, SAN fibre architecture, Excellent technical pre-sales skills, including formal presentations, Pre-Sales support of IT infrastructure solutions

Must have excellent skills in one or more of the following areas:

VMware, Solaris, HP-UX,AIX,Windows and/or Novell,Excellent knowledge of with networking technologies, Experience working with storage products on a variety of Open Systems, Excellent analytical abilities resulting in problem resolution, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience / training towards technical certifications

Experience with the following a plus:

High performance storage subsystems and SAN technologies; IP SAN; iSCSI, Database backup and restore, such as Oracle, SQL, Exchange, Sybase, DB2, etc., Fibre channel fabric, such as Brocade and McDATA switches, Clustered systems or high availability solutions, Certifications in technical software applications
