WEST HARTFORD, CT, (June 8,2009) - Craig Sword has joined F3 Technology Partners as the Manager of Customer Service. Craig has a proven track record in computer service delivery management and has spent the last 20 years of his career at Sun Microsystems managing the customer support organization in the northeast with experience and capabilities in technology and management that are too extensive to list. Craig will be responsible for opening and managing F3’s Customer Call Center.
