F3 Technology Partners Attains Sun Help Desk Delivery Specialty
WEST HARTFORD, CT, (September 1, 2009) - Sun Microsystems has approved F3 Technology Partner's Help Desk Accreditation assessment and given F3's Help Desk the approval to sell and support the following platforms: Help Desk Entry level (x64, SPARC, Storage), Help Desk Mid level (x64, SPARC, Storage), Help Desk High level (x64, SPARC, Storage).
The Help Desk Delivery Specialty enables F3 to resell and co-deliver Sun Support Services along with Sun Microsystems.
