F3 Technology Partners (F3) is a Solution & Managed Service Provider founded in 2007 in Hartford, Connecticut. F3’s focus is providing customers with cost effective technology solutions in a fast and flexible manner. IT organizations are being asked from their lines of businesses to provide more services, with agility, high availability and lower costs. In 2007 Jeff Monnes helped form the foundation of F3 Technology Partners which was built on the core belief that a strong three-way partnership between our customers, our manufacturers and our people is vital to our customers achieving their desired business outcomes. Jeff started the company based on that precept, and it influences everything we do. As Executive Vice President of Sales, Jeff is responsible for guiding his teams on all the day to day sales activities, sales certifications, and our OEM engagement while working closely with the F3 engineering team to create winning solutions for F3s customers. Jeff also oversees our Remote Monitoring and Management offerings. Jeff has 20 years of experience in IT Sales, Sales Management and Executive Management. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College. Jeff and his family reside in West Hartford, CT.
An IT executive for 25 years, Tom recently joined F3 to champion our growth strategy as we align our business with our customers and our OEM partners IT and business strategies. During his career, Tom has led businesses that range in size from $10 million to $1 billion and has offered guidance and industry insight to hundreds of IT solution providers. Tomâ€™s background and relationships, along with his financial acumen will help our customers and our partners accelerate the transformation of their IT assets on a regional, national and global basis. Tom most recently held executive roles at Avnet, Inc and Arrow Electronics, both $20 billion distributors of computer and electronic equipment. Tom is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts with a degree in Economics and lives in Glastonbury, CT.
Chief Financial Officer
Scott joined F3 in 2013 and has 20 years of experience working with, and for, IT Solutions providers in Connecticut. He has managed the financial operations for Value Added Resellers providing IT products, remote managed and monitoring services, and professional engineering services. In addition to his day-to-day fiduciary responsibilities, Scott actively engages and advises Executives and Directors, oversees the Internal Operations team, provides guidance on short and long-term financial strategies, develops internal controls and company policies, and works diligently to improve F3's financial health. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting. He is passionate about professionalism, leadership, and the growth of F3 towards the betterment of its employees and customers.
Director of Project Management
Emily joined F3 in 2019 to build our project management practice. She brings a unique blend of Project Management and Human Resources experience, and has worked on the end user side in the financial services and aerospace industries. Emily oversees the F3 PMO, which takes pride in adjusting to our customers custom project management needs and delivering our projects on time and on budget. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Springfield College and a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University.
Director of Engineering
As the Director of Engineering at F3, Dave brings unmatched credibility and optimism to the industry. He draws from a valuable combination of customer, manufacturer and reseller experience to truly understand and address solutions from all sides. Dave spent more than a decade on the customer as an end user, rising to the rank of Vice President before his 30th birthday. He then applied his data protection expertise to the OEM side of the business where he earned credibility and respect in some of the most demanding and complex environments in the country. To Dave, technology isn’t a job, it is truly a passion. F3’s customers and partners have come to count on Dave to tirelessly search for the most effective ways to leverage technology into true business value.
Director of Cloud & Microsoft SolutionsJeremy is an experienced Solutions Architect with over twenty one years in Information Technology concentrating on cloud services on Azure/Office 365, AWS and Google Cloud. He also possesses strong knowledge in the Microsoft stack for customers' on premise environments. Jeremy thrives on learning new technologies that will solve his customers’ most unique challenges.
Director of Sales Operations
Ally has been with F3 since its inception in 2008 and has 20 years of operations and customer satisfaction experience. Ally’s knowledge and her attention to detail lead to unmatched levels of customer satisfaction from the moment a solution is ordered to its delivery and its lifecycle, along with all of the logistical steps in between. In the era of multi locations, both domestic and internationally, Ally can be counted on to get the solution to the right place at the right time.
Director of Infrastructure
Dave’s 20 year career in technology has split between the end user and partner sides of the business developing enterprise ready solutions for the modern datacenter. Dave has built solutions for the some of the most demanding IT environments in the healthcare, financial services and pharmaceutical fields, and leverages his knowledge to his role leading F3’s Infrastructure practice. F3’s customers and OEM partners hold Dave in the highest regard for his ability to design and implement solutions that solve their challenges, while keeping an eye on risk and protecting timelines. When not working, Dave loves to spend time with his wife and four children.
Director of Sales
Nick joined F3 in 2012 as an enterprise account manager, until 2018 when he moved into leading the sales organization. Nick approaches the industry with two fundamental beliefs: First, that he would rather be great a few things than be decent at everything. And second, that technology is the best investment a company can make in its future. Nick’s customers view him as both a trusted advisor and a friend. He brings a contagious optimism and passion to his role, along with uncompromising expectations of excellence. Nick is a lifelong Connecticut Yankee and enjoys his free time with his wife, two kids, and an unreasonable number of rescue dogs.
